Cement Plant and Cement Technology

Cement Plant and Cement Technology

The Zeobond reactor system uses supersonic shockwave conditions in an electrical field to accelerate chemical reactions such as combustion, the decomposition of limestone and formation of cement. Although highly advanced and novel, this Zeobond system is operationally simpler, more energy efficient and has lower maintenance than a rotary kiln with preheater and vertical roller mills for raw meal and cement product. The high intensity of the Zeobond reactor accepts coarse crushed particles as feed material and produces powder product where the fineness can be tuned without the use of grinding mills. Reactors are fabricated from a proprietary high wear ceramic in a custom-built facility in Melbourne, Australia.

Case study of new cement technology in compare with traditional technology

1- Project name: started from (1000) Ton up to any capacity.

2- Required less power consumption since this technology based on electronic module not mechanical.

3- Required less Construction period, which is not more than 24 month for 6000 Ton per day Portland cement.

4- This technology based on modular technology so can add and increase the production capacity after project completion very easily with low cost.

5-  Since it is new technology so can produced more than one type of cement (rather than Portland cement).

6- Less operation cost with average around 20% and more in compare with traditional technology.

7- Can produce LC3 cement: this is (Limestone – Cement – Calcined – clay) mixing blend that

Produces a better cement at a lower cost the advantage of this class of blended cement compared with 100% Portland cement is that it has improved durability, lower carbon emissions, lower operating cost and will extend the life of the limestone reserve.

This option will provide a saving of 35% of operation costs compared to traditional cement plants.

8- Reduction in total setup cost with no compromising on quality, we offer highest quality.

9- Reduction in operation costs.

10- Reduction in carbon emissions.

11- Extend the life of the limestone reserve.

12-  All equipment’s, machineries (plant) with 7 year Guarantee.

13-  We can handle Operation & Management for the plant after completion.

14-  Using supersonic electro catalytic cement reactors (new technology) will provide annual savings of USD 12,000,000-15.000.000 of maintenance costs compared to traditional mechanical plants.

15- Using modular reactors can be built in separate phases, for example, a first stage of a 3000-Ton per day then another 3000 ton per day – up to project owner requirement.

16- Based on above data the ROI (Return of investment will be shorter).

17- For the normal and / or annual maintenance purpose no need to shut down whole plant and lose all production in compare with traditional module, so in our technology we have 8 reactor and each one produce around 1000 Ton per day so we will lose only the production of one line and the rest will be on service.

18- Since the technology is based on latest and digitalized technology, Maximum workers need it for operating this plant equal to 30 employ

19- Need less area for installation since we are not using some parts as in traditional technology.
